An area we’re constantly visiting to install bespoke fixtures and fittings – from front doors to internal doors, plantation shutters to timber windows, sash windows to individual items of door furniture – is Wandsworth. Located close by our joinery company’s base-of-operations, Sutton (Cheam to be exact), we enjoy a great reputation throughout the area amongst both residential and commercial clients. For the benefit of new, inquiring customers who may be curious as to the various different products that we hand-manufacture and fit, we’ve looked to provide a broad overview below…
Front Doors – One way we can assist you is through the provision of new front doors. We design these to client specification, then hand-manufacture them at our workshop in Sutton – not far from Wandsworth. As a joinery company, you might expect us to specialise in timber front doors; and while our timber products are certainly of an exceptional quality you’ll struggle to find elsewhere, we also supply and fit composite and uPVC front doors that meet the same high bar.
Internal Doors – Whereas with front doors security is one of your highest priorities, with internal doors the most important factor is finding something that effectively segments your property, while creating an aesthetically pleasing and unified whole on the design front. Working alongside Wandsworth customers, we translate their ideas to create both traditional and bi-folding internal doors that help take your home or place of work to the next level.
Plantation Shutters – Increasingly popular due to their convenience and distinct style, plantation shutters sit within their own frames which are attached to the inside of windows or door frames. We make made-to-measure, custom plantation shutters for discerning Wandsworth clients. They come in different configurations, and the size of slats and frames can be to your specification, ensuring the end product is perfectly suited to its environments.
Timber Windows – There’s no denying that uPVC windows and aluminium windows are popular options these days, but timber windows will always retain their place as not only a viable option, but an essential one; essential where? Mainly in period properties around Wandsworth, and those that pursue a traditional, elegant aesthetic, and require high quality natural materials to achieve this goal. As with all our wooden products, our timber windows are hand-made out of the highest quality softwood and hardwood carefully selected for its functional and aesthetic qualities.
Sash Windows – These windows don’t open on a hinge, and instead slide up, down or side-to-side. The glazed area is usually made up of multiple panels joined by glazing bars, but single-sheet sash windows are also an option available to our Wandsworth clients.
Door Furniture – Obviously, in designing and crafting front doors and interior doors for Wandsworth properties, we have a huge range of door furniture to choose from. This is also available for standalone purchase, should you wish to customise or alter an existing fixture with compatible door furniture.
